Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an update on your purchase. Please do not schedule any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts.

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. Send the order back to us within 30 days by traceable and insured delivery service. In order to qualify for refund all your returned items must be returned unused, by yourselves and in a good re-sellable condition, including the original, undamaged packaging (or in the case of large items the specially designed pallet). We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the order back.

2. Price and Payment.
The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted online. Product prices include VAT.
Once we have received payment for the Product we will dispatch your Product to arrive in accordance with the delivery estimate stated unless we notify you otherwise. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made appropriate arrangements to accept delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, couriers will leave you a note, please contact them to rearrange delivery. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge a further delivery charge to you.
4. Cancellation and Returns.
Once you have received your delivery you should check to ensure there are no missing or damaged items.If you are not completely satisfied with the Product you can cancel your Contract within 7 days. To cancel a Contract, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel, either by e-mailing us directly from our website or contacting our Customer Services team by telephone. You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any Product which has already been used or damaged or where the packaging or seal has been broken or removed. If you return a Product to us because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you find your product faulty, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
