How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your item or you bought it in error, you have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days from date of delivery for credit or refund. Please notify us of your returned item on info@bathroomstore.london.

What is your returns policy?

If you do not return goods within 30 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, we reserve the right to not to give you a full refund. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not accountable for items lost or damaged in transit. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to us and if the item is not in acceptable condition a refund will not be issued. Once your item is delivered and signed for, it becomes your responsibility. Any transit damage to your item, shortages or incorrect supply must be noted on delivery of your item.We MUST be informed of any transit damage (Unsigned for) within 24 hours of delivery via email otherwise we cannot be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time. For deliveries that arrive on pallets you should check your item before signing the driver’s delivery note.
